The Three Teachings is a concept with origins in classical Chinese culture. It originally referred to three teachings or “ways” of religious and ethical life: Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism. In this conversational meeting, we will examine these three teachings in their historical context and as universal modes of ethical understanding with profoundly modern and personal applications. What do the Three Teachings have to teach us as individuals today? By invitation to Innermost House Society members.
