We would like to extend a special invitation to join the Thoreau Society this weekend for its webinar and film series “'There Is More Day to Dawn': A Global Conversation Celebrating Thoreau’s Lasting Legacy." The Thoreau Society is honored to debut the new film “the Penobscot,” produced by Penobscot historian James Francis and available for viewing between June 11-14 on Vimeo. Then, Saturday evening at 8 PM, Mr. Francis and other members of the Penobscot Nation involved with the film will participate in a Q&A discussion with viewers on Zoom. Please view this live and archived conversation here.
