Please join this week’s Online Reading of Greek Tragedy with Euripides’ dramatic work, “Hecuba.” The story is set after the Trojan War, shortly before the victorious Greeks depart from Troy. The central figure is Hecuba, former queen of the fallen city, sick with grief over the death of her daughter Polyxena and seeking revenge for the murder of her youngest son Polydorus. Hosted by Joel Christensen, with special guest Toph Marshall. Presented by the Harvard Center for Hellenic Studies, the Kosmos Society, and the Out of Chaos Theatre.
